THE 12 UMOOR SYSTEM

Having proposed the framework at Dar-es-Salaam in the year 1438H, al-Dai al-Ajal Syedna Aali Qadr Mufaddal Saifuddin [TUS] has divided the matters of the Jamaat into 12 Umoor. This is to streamline the development of every Jamaat in key aspects, while ensuring that every Mouze has a pool of khidmatguzars who are both dedicated and specialised in their line of khidmat.

Every Mumin is encouraged to be an integral part of the 12 Umoor system. Being a part of the Jamaat, of the community, is essential to being a Mumin. In fact, Rasulullah [SAW] has stated that "Allah's [TA] hand is over the Jamaat." While being a member of a community does mean putting the preferences of the whole over individual interests, it also means that the individual too, equally benefits from the community.

The 12 Umoor system aims to make khidmat accessible to every Mumin, Muminah, and their children, and gives them a platform to contribute with their skills and interests.

Here's a list of the 12 Umoor where every Mumin can find a place for themselves:

  • Umoor Deeniyah: Religious Affairs
  • Umoor Talimiyah: Education
  • Umoor Marafiq-Burhaniyah: Welfare
  • Umoor Maliyah: Budgeting & Accounts
  • Umoor Mawarid Bashariyah: Human Resource
  • Umoor Dakheliyah: Internal Affairs
  • Umoor Kharejiyah: Public Relations
  • Umoor al-Qaza: Legal Affairs
  • Umoor Faizul Mawaid il Burhaniyah
  • Umoor Iqtesadiyah: Finance & Business Development
  • Umoor al-Amlaak: Waqf & Trust
  • Umoor al-Sehhat: Health

UMOOR IQTESADIYAH - NAJMI QARDAN HASANA COMMITTEE

Qardan Hasana Committee

Join the Movement: Strengthen Lives with Qardan Hasana

Qardan Hasana is a loan that is completely free of interest in every form.
Following the guidance of His Holiness Syedna Mufaddal Saifuddin (TUS), Mumineen are committed to giving up usurious transactions and conducting their business and personal affairs in line with the principles of Dawat-e-Hadiyah.

To facilitate this, the 53rd al-Dai al-Mutlaq is strengthening religious and charitable institutions worldwide, making Qardan Hasana easily accessible and encouraging business transactions that avoid credit.

"To improve the economic condition of Mumineen and to raise their standard of living, it is essential to consider Qardan Hasana as an economic system and take barakat from it."

- Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin RA

The Najmi Qardan Hasana Committee, formed in 2024, is actively working on these principles to distribute Qardan Hasana to Mumineen, in accordance with the directives of the Moula TUS' farmaan and khushi mubarak.

Here are the three schemes through which Mumineen can participate:

  • Contribute via Zelle:
    qardan@ncjamaat.com

Taher Scheme (Non-Refundable)

  • The Taher Scheme invites Mumineen to make perpetual contributions to the Qardan Hasana corpus, similar to the Mohammedi Scheme.

  • Contributions are refundable and tied to a specified time period.
  • Participants are encouraged to commit larger amounts for longer durations, fostering the habit of giving Qardan Hasana as a lifelong practice.
